San Diego Humane Society Wins The 2025 Top Workplaces USA Award

We are thrilled to share that San Diego Humane Society has been named a 2025 Top Workplaces USA winner by USA TODAY!

This marks the third consecutive year that San Diego Humane Society has earned this national award, reflecting our commitment to fostering a compassionate, inclusive and supportive workplace for our team. We are proud of this honor that recognizes our staff’s kindness, teamwork and dedication to best serving the animals, our community and each other.

More than 300 team members completed the survey used to determine our eligibility for this award. We are grateful to them, and to you, for ensuring we can remain an organization committed to excellence not just for the animals, but for the people, too.

Cheers to our amazing Pack Members and their help for their help in making San Diego Humane Society a top place to work. If you’d like to join our award-winning team, check out our available jobs!
