Keeping an ID tag on your pet’s collar is one of the best ways to make sure they’re reunited with you if they get lost. That’s why San Diego Humane Society is providing free engraved pet ID tags to help keep pets safe! If your pet needs an ID tag, please provide your full contact information below, and their tag will be mailed to you within 4-6 weeks. Limit one tag per pet, and two pets per family.
