Wake Up with Wildlife: Who's Watching Who
Join President and CEO of The San Diego River Park Foundation, Rob Hutsel, and Field Program Coordinator, Chase Stafford, for a dive into the wild and wonderful images of wildlife captured through their camera monitoring program. The San Diego River Park Foundation has conserved over 2,400 acres of habitat in the upper San Diego River watershed through land acquisition, and uses seven motion-sensing cameras to capture images and video of the many species of wildlife that rely on these lands. While many of us are quarantining indoors, wildlife continue to thrive on these preserves: deer, quail, badger, bobcat, coyote, mountain lion, and more... even ring-tailed cat! Catch a glimpse of the private moments of these beautiful species moving through our habitat areas, plus learn from Rob and Chase about efforts to protect and better understand wildlife corridors and conservation priorities in the San Diego's backcountry.
