San Diego Humane Society Wins 2024 UT San Diego Top Workplaces!

San Diego Humane Society has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2024 honor by The San Diego Union Tribune for the fourth time. This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC.

In this year’s confidential survey, our staff noted that they feel respected and supported, enabled to grow and closely aligned with our mission. This feedback reflects our commitment to fostering a supportive and caring culture that helps all of us succeed while creating a better world for animals and the people who love them.
